Last night the administration sent a report to Congress (see attached) proposing a new historic low PD of 15,000 for FY 2021. The administration has not set consultations with Congress and has not signed a refugee resettlement goal for FY 2021. 

LIRS is circulating an action alert asking Members of Congress to weigh on this decision as is lawfully required. Please share the alert widely with your networks to urge Congress to decry the administration’s proposed historic low PD of 15,000 and see that the administration meaningfully consults with Congress and sets a robust refugee admissions goal at 95,000.
